People who stay — and grow

Bolpex has the personnel on its rolls to staff demanding projects, including a rolling pool of 100 contract staff.

The average length of service is more than five years for both staff and workmen. We provide a conducive working environment and encourage the continuous professional development of our people — supported by in-house training in welding, machining, technical support and HSE.

A self-owned, well-maintained fleet

Our inventory is supported by a state-of-the-art plant, machinery and vehicles (PMV) workshop that schedules preventive maintenance on the actual utilisation of each machine.

PMV workshop

Preventive maintenance is planned on real machine hours rather than the calendar — keeping plant available on site and reducing unplanned downtime. Our yards also stock steel plates and sections, concrete mixers, power tools, ladders, PPE and a full range of hand tools.

35+ vessels, at very short notice

Through strategic alliances with vessel owners, Bolpex can access more than 35 marine vessels whenever a project needs them.

Hired vessels are supported by our Port Harcourt-based Logistics and Maintenance Support Centre.

Over 10,000 sqm of fabrication facilities operated under the banner of Boltog Energy, together with camp facilities for project crews.

ASME / API

Partner workshop — ICAD III

An ASME/API-certified partner workshop in ICAD III, under Target Steel Industries – Sole Proprietorship LLC. One partner facility covers 100,000 sqm and can produce 20,000 tonnes of structural steel and 300,000 inch-diameter of pipe spools a year, plus stamped ASME vessels.
